When it leaves us
Picking and packing runs Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most orders are out within one or two business days; anything placed at a weekend joins the queue on Monday.

Whatever applies to your order appears at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and the weeks around a major holiday all add days.
Tracking
Your number is emailed at collection. The first scan can lag 24 hours, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. Nothing moving after 5 business days is worth an email to us.
Outside the United States
Import duty, VAT, GST and customs handling are set and charged by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate or prepay them. A parcel refused at customs and returned is refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
Address accuracy
Check yours at checkout. Caught a mistake afterwards? Email immediately — while the order is with us it is usually fixable. Once shipped the address is fixed, and a parcel returned for an incorrect address needs reshipping at cost.
Damage and non-delivery
Damaged in transit: photograph and email within 7 days for a free replacement. Marked delivered but missing: neighbours and depot first, then contact us to open a carrier investigation.
Once it arrives
Store Mind Honey cool, dry, out of sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use past the printed date. If capsules look or smell wrong, do not take them — email us for a replacement.
